About Me	I met my husband the day after I graduated RHHS. We married in 1962 and have been blessed with 4 wonderful children and 10 grandchildren. When I first married, I taught elementary school. While raising our children, I owned and operated a small designer manufactuing business; and in 1985 completed my Masters in Social Work with specialty working with adult victims of child abuse, trauma and dissociation. In 1988, I Co-founded and was Executive Director of CIS Counseling Center, Inc. which is a state licensed mental health and addiction center located in lower Manhattan. CIS also has five licensed programs located on site in schools throughout Manhattan., where therapists service children and families from dysfunctional environments.
