TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE RICHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1968
Dear Classmates:
You – and your “significant other”- are cordially invited to an “unofficial” RHS celebrating the 55 years that have somehow slipped by since we graduated way back in 1968!
At Jim Ostberg’s urging, we have booked “the big room” at the Richfield VFW (67th and Lyndale) for a very casual get together on SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 (starting at 7:00 PM). There will be no food- but plenty of beverages of course! There will not be a band this time, but we are going to find a DJ and give him a list of the top 100 hit songs of 1967 and 1968 to play for us to trigger all kinds of wonderful memories—when the music was great as you remember!
Mainly, it will just be a fun night to say hello to those of us who are “still standing” and pay tribute to our classmates who left us too early. A chance to catch up on what we have all been doing since 1968, and a chance to see if we can still remember who everyone is!
Please join us if you can, and send us an email if you can’t make it but want us to pass a message to any of your fellow Spartans. I hope you can make it!!
