| About Me | Married Randy Koza (class of 1971) in November 1972, had a tutor from December to June my senior year, Nate was born in March 1973, came back to Rex Putnam for graduation in June and found out I was a half credit short so didn't get my diploma, attended summer school for six weeks to fulfill my requirements and received my diploma in the summer of 1973, Sarah was born in September 1977, raised my two children, Portland Saturday Market vendor selling etched and stained glass art from 1977-1983, divorced in 1985 after 13 years of marriage (not my choice), started college at the age of 30, went to college full-time and worked (as a single parent of two) for five years, got my B.A. in Elementary Education from Concordia University in 1990 (graduated Cum Laude), substitute taught in Portland for one year, moved to Silverton, married again (5 years) then divorced (my choice), moved to Salem, substitute taught for Salem-Keizer for 6 years during my time in Silverton and after the move to Salem, became a "real" teacher for the Salem-Keizer School District and married the "right" one in 1997, got my M.A...(read more) |
