About Me	Spent four years in the Navy. Trained and worked in electronics. Moved to Connecticut for 20 years then to North Carolina from 1998-2018. Owned a medical equipment repair company in Connecticut. Practiced martial arts for ten years from 1987 to 1997. Earned my 3rd degree black belt. Attained master level Reiki energy healing in 1998.
