About Me	Attended Southern University and earned a BS degree in 1964. Entered the US Army from ROTC as a Second Lieutenant.. Service included 25 years with 2 tours in Vietnam, a tour in Thailand and 2 tours in Germany. My stateside assignments included Texas, Tacoma , WA and Washington, DC. During this time I married a young lady from SC in 1967 and subsequently had 2 children. In 1981 I earned a masters degree in hospital administration from Baylor University through the Army. I retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1989 and went to work as an executive for an HMO in Washington, DC. I stayed with this company until 2000 and now I am an independent consultant in medical and health care management. I live in Mitchellville, MD which is near Washington, DC.
