Michael Ray Dvorak
COAL CITY-Michael Ray Dvorak, 35, of Coal City, passed away suddenly Friday, July 3, 2009 at his home.
He was born Aug. 1, 1973 in Joliet. He was employed with Laborers Union Local #96 in Glen Ellyn, IL. He graduated from Reed-Custer High School with the class of 1991. Michael was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia Row, whom he married Sept. 11, 2002 in Joliet; mother, Beverly J. Dvorak of Essex; a nephew and numerous friends.
Preceding him in death are maternal grandparents, Frank and Dorothy Dvorak. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be held at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd., Braidwood Chapel, Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 7 p.m.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 8 from 4-7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
