| About Me | I have had a varied career. For ten years I lived in Washington, D.C. and worked for the District government including Mayor Marion Barry. Then I joined the Peace Corps and was in Honduras for two years. After that I settled in Chicago for 13 years getting a degree in nursing and working with HIV/AIDS patients at Rush Hospital. In 1998 I decided to move back to MN to be closer to family and answered the call to be a United Methodist minister and received my Masters in Divinity.
