About	Diane Marilyn (Schramm) Sonnichsen was born January 12, 1949 to Ernest and Doris (Siekmann) Schramm in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. In 1967, Diane graduated from Redwood Falls High School. Diane made her home in Redwood Falls, where she worked at the Redwood Falls Hospital, Sunwood Nursing Home, and as a Redwood Hospice and Home Health care worker, until she retired in 2016. Diane enjoyed reading and listening to Alan Jackson music. You could often find her baking and decorating cakes. She was a great seamstress and made her family a great deal of clothing. Diane loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Diane is survived by her children: Annette (Chris) Redding of Moorhead, Danielle Sonnichsen of New Hope and Matthew Sonnichsen (Mandy Rathman) of Redwood Falls; grandchildren: Levi & Ava Redding, Jamar, Mercedes & Ciara Jones, and Lily, Isla & Lincoln Sonnichsen; siblings: Steve (Deb) Schramm of Redwood Falls and Janine (Wayne) Zimmer of Morton; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Wayne Schramm.
