About	Monica Marie (Filzen) Glazier, 69, of Redwood Falls, passed away at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota on June 19, 2022. Burial will be at a later date at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Redwood Falls, MN. Monica Marie (Filzen) Glazier, born October 10, 1952 in Springfield, Minnesota to Donald J. and Rita (Schneider) Filzen. She attended school in Redwood Falls, graduated from Redwood Falls High School in 1972. After high school she joined the US Navy in 1973 and proudly served her country. She later settled in Harrisville, NH to raise a family. While in New Hampshire, she worked in the school system for a short time. Monica enjoyed doing crafts, quilting, cooking and baking cakes, scrapbooking, making homemade cards and spending time with family and friends, especially with her grandchildren. She loved to give and help people whenever she could. She is survived by her mother, Rita (Filzen) Walter of Redwood Falls; daughter, Nicole (Aaron) Riddell of East Machias, Maine; son, Norman III (Heather) Bemis of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren, Everett and Scarlet Riddell, Aubrianna, Taven and Kyzin Bemis; brothers, David (Brenda) Filzen of Hope Mills, NC, Gregory (Linda) Filzen of Hutchinson, MN, Dan Filzen of Redwood Falls and Robert (Rindy) Filzen of Lucan, MN; sisters, Patricia (Darwin) Kutzorik of Grand Rapids, MN, Joyce Eckel of Tuscan, AZ and Nancy Grossman of Cohasset, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Filzen (1985); husband, Walter Glazier (1996); stepson, Walter Glazier Jr (2014); brother, Jeffery Filzen (2017); sister-in-law, Juli Filzen (2019); brother-in-law, Ed Grossman (2021); niece, Tammy Bergstrom (2016) and nephew, Daniel Filzen (2022); grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
