He is survived by wife: Charlotte Burgemeister of Redwood Falls; son, Eric Pettis-Burgemeister and wife Lynn of Belle Plaine, Brian Burgemeister of Redwood Falls, and Dustin Burgemeister of Redwood Falls; one grandson; sisters; Linda Landsberger of St. Cloud, Cleo Burgemeister of Redwood Falls, Patricia Vollmer of Redwood Falls. He was born Nov. 18, 1947, in Minneapolis, to Harold and Pearl (Reek) Burgemeister.
