I, Tori Carpenter-Carter am posting this notice for my friend Keri Holmes-Wetzel per her request in regards to the recent passing of her dear husband Bob.
Robert Craig Wetzel June 1, 1959-January 1, 2013.
From Keri: Unbelievable what can happen in an instant....your life as you know it & are comfortable with...is over and you have to find a new normal. I lost my best friend yesterday....and it wasn't expected to be yesterday but it was. Now I want all of you to know how much Bob cared for each of you. To the classes of 2007-2013--how much he enjoyed watching you while you played sports---whether on the court, in the pool or on the field--how much he enjoyed your musical performances and all the awesome activities of Charity Drive. He admired the young men & women that you have become & he would encourage you to keep your eyes on the prize, that is your eternal prize, that comes from knowing Jesus Christ as your personal savior. For his friends and family: his only desire is that we all know our heavenly Father.....as he spoke in church, just 5 weeks ago, keep pressing in & know what your Father wants of you, encourage each other & pray without ceasing.
