Born Sep 08, 1956, Kenneth John Voss attended Redlands High School in Redlands, CA.

Class of 1974
Sep 08, 1956 - Feb 20, 2026
Born: September 8, 1956, at Redlands Community Hospital to parents, John & Willma Voss of Mentone, and his sister, Dalene. His grandparents and great-grandmother were all residents of Redlands. Kenneth (Kenny) attended Redlands Public Schools, graduating from Redlands High School in 1974, and Crafton Hills College, in 1976. He played trumpet and baritone horn in the school bands. He learned about musical instruments by working with his grandfather, Dale Sliger, at Sliger’s Music Store after school and during summer breaks. He learned to string and tune guitars, along with learning to play them. Kenny enjoyed riding his bike and was drawn to off-road motorcycles as he grew.
After college and a brief apprenticeship as an electrician, he was hired by IBM and trained to repair and maintain their medium-sized computer systems. During the years with IBM, he married and had two children, Ryan and Brittney, and established a home in Yucaipa.
In 1997, Ken married Teresa Montgomery and together they helped raise all five children, Michael, Brandon, and Ashley, Ryan, and Brittney. He was hired by San Bernardino County and assigned to the Probation Department in Information Systems, retiring after 20 years. After the children were raised, Ken and Teresa moved to Phelan, CA, where they enjoyed a quiet, country life. Together they ran a successful horse ranch.
Ken is survived by his wife, Teresa, his parents, sister Dalene (Troy) Leach, son Ryan (Christina) Voss and their children, Braelyn and Bodhi, daughter Brittney (Troy) Gorospe and their two children.
