Wade was an outstanding basketball player. He served in the US Navy , taught at River Street School and became Principal at the the Middle School.

Wade lived right across the street from me on Parker Place, Shrewsbury. As a youngster he and his Mom And Dad lived on Waverly Place in Red Bank right next to my Grandmother. I don't remember when they moved to Parker Place. They may have already been there when we moved there in ’51. At times he could be a bit of a bully but we still payed together. I left for the military (Army) late summer of ’59 and did not get back home to Shrewsbury much after that. I remember when he became Principal and thought wow, good for Wade. My Grandfather was Principal of River Street school way back in the 30's and forties’. God bless you Wade and may you rest is peace.
