My best friend and maid of honor, Linda was kind, generous, quiet yet funny. We never argued in all the years. I was proud to be her matron of honor when she married George. We spent many good times together and I have many fond memories. My husband and I moved to Texas in 1972 and Linda moved to VA soon after we moved back to NJ. We only saw each other at one of our class reunions and she stayed with us. It was great catching up. I think of her often esp on her Oct. 16th birthday. I miss her and her friendship. Gone too soon.
