About Me | After graduating from MIT with a BS in physics, I worked for two years at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in the VLBI Systems Group. At JPL, it was necessary to begin to learn in a more independent way, and to orient myself in a job where procedures were evolving. The position was in California, a bit of a culture shock, and almost every colleague had a PhD. Three years later, I attended graduate school in physics at the University of Texas at Austin, but I did not earn a degree.
