Favorite School Memory	During race riots it was arranged for Sammy Davis Jr, Bill Cosby, and one other well loved black celeb appeared in the gym for the good of all students, which brought about great change in the race issue for us.
About Me	Married in 1971. My husband was captured and inlisted in the "voluntary army", He was finally sent to Anchorage Ak, where my eldest son was born.I was happy to be a stay at home mom after we returned to Cali. When my youngest son was 12, I went to work as a recept for a local steel manufacturer. Became interested in law enforcement, went to work for the local Sheriff's dept, and eventually other county agencies. When my 3rd grandchild was appx 6 mos old, her mother abandoned her while in my care. She is now four precocious years old, brighter than myself, which I try unsucessfully to hide from her. Shortly after her mother left, my son was incarcerated, so I retired early to care for her, which I found even more interesting and amazing than the work I loved and hated to give up, I found caring for her was so very worth it.
