Dennis M. Flanagan (!2-13-41 to 4-26-08)
Class of 1959
Dennis was All Orange League in Football in his Junior year (1957/58) and All Freeway League football in his Senior (1958/59) year. He also Lettered in Varsity track both years. He was instrumental in the defeat of Garden Grove HS (20-12) in the inaugural game played at Glover Stadium in Sept. 1958. Dennis was selected to play for the North team in the inaugural North/South football game played at the Santa Ana Bowl in August of 1959 in which the North won 14-2.
Dennis was the head football coach at Rancho in the early 70's and also taught Spanish.
