Bill was a highly accomplished mosaic artist residing in Massachusetts. His artwork revealed his passion for the intellectual and emotional potential of mosaic art expression. In 2007, the Massachusetts House of Representatives recognized Bill's accomplishments as curator of the Art of Mosaic exhibit at the Somerville Museum.
