Anne was a long-time Baltimore County educator and active church member. She graduated from Roanoke College and received masters degrees from Johns Hopkins and Loyola College.
Marcia Peirce '69 said:
I was so sad not to see Annie at the 50th reunion and to see that she passed away the year before. Annie and I grew up together in the Grange development up until she moved to downtown Wayne. We were the best of friends during those elementary and Jr. High years and I will always remember her.
