FINAL ITINERARY FOR THE JULY 23 / JULY 24’11 WEEKEND in BELLEVILLE- ...JULY 23/11: QSS MINI ALUMNI Meet & GREET – QUINTE SECONDARY SCHOOL GROUNDS (from 2:00pm to 4:30pm) PLUS GROUP PHOTO SHOOT on QSS grounds (ready to smile for the camera at 4:00pm) - informal get together on school grounds. - Visit info table for BBQ registration tickets ahead of time (see cost below) / get your name tag/ info details of weekend events DINNER & DRINKS – KELSEY’S 170 North Front Street -across from McDonalds) (from 5:30pm to 7:30/8:00pm … until folks head to Little Texas); -QSS Alumni Reunion Reservation. -QSS Alumni attending may bring guests / family – WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE IN TOTAL ATTENDING (INCLUDING YOU) – RSVP BY JULY 16TH. Either post on the website as follows or RSVP directly to Brenda at setogiroux@rogers.com: Example: Brenda Seto Yes Kelsey’s – Total # - 2 attending -Order from menu and pay individually. -In addition, if you are attending BBQ and still need registration tickets, ask org committee member. THE PARTY CONTINUES…DRINKS … -at LITTLE TEXAS (from 8pm… Go north towards Burger King). JULY 24/11: FAMILY BBQ/POTLUCK- FUN & GAMES – ZWICK’S ISLAND; PICNIC SITE #4 MIDDLE/TOP OF HILL OF ISLAND - CHECK MAP POSTED BY CHRISTOPHER (JOHN) MUNKITTRICK- (Starts 10am (NEW) to 4pm): -Look for QSS info at our main picnic table. Be sure you have your BBQ Event registration tickets ($10/single, $20/double and $30/family). Cost covers i.e. Hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers & dogs, beverages, BBQ /Propane Costs, Site Rental Costs). Any questions please see org member. To offset costs, we are asking ALL BBQ attendees to bring a POTLUCK side dish (i.e. Side dish, Salad, Dessert, Veggies, Fruits, Finger Foods) Sue Tokarchuk will be contacting confirmed BBQ attendees to organize POTLUCK dishes. -WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE IN TOTAL TO THE BBQ (INCLUDING YOU). All (Alumni & their guests) welcome to participate. Be sure to wear proper footwear. Bring your own lawn chair! -Games include volleyball, baseball, water balloon toss, 3-legged race, prizes and more. Sign up at the QSS info table.
