About Me	I joined the Army out of high school in the midst of the beginning of the Gulf War in 1990 and served as a Long Range Recon Team member in the 3rd Infantry Division and the 101st Airborne. I have been a certified personal trainer, a kickboxing instructor, a licensed massage therapist, massage therapy instructor, a yoga instructor, and a First Aid & CPR Instructor, among many other things.
