Favorite School Memory I have fond memories of time spent with friends. The highlight of my senior year was the trip to France with my French Class. My favorite teachers were: Mary Mergener, Kathy Nelson, Kathy Sylvester, and Barb Steen. About Me After graduating, I went to St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. I got an Art degree and also married my college sweetheart; Jai. We currently live in Albany, MN in the country on 5 acres and own 4 stores. The 3 thrift stores are called "Barker's More 4 Less" (2 in St. Cloud, and one in Albany,Mn). I also own a Holistic Boutique in Midtown Square Mall in St. Cloud, called "Peace of Light". I sell Organic Bath Spa items, Angel Figurines, Purses, Metaphysical Books, Palm/Soy Candles, Unique Gifts, Jewelry, Gourmet Chocolates, Earth Friendly products, Essential Oils, Crystals/Stones, and Leanin Tree Cards. I am a certified Reiki Master/ Energy Healer/& Regression Therapy (I work on clients for stress/pain relief among so many other benefits of Energy healing). I give readings to clients too. I have also written a book called "The Bee Healthy Diabetic Logbook" in 2003 to help diabetics. I have diabetes and know the challenges of that disease, so this book helps uplift diabetics plus a place to log in glucose numbers. I hope to write & paint & travel more once life becomes less busy. We have one 8 year old daughter (Cenah) that we adopted at age 2 from my birth country of the Philippines. She is the absolute joy of our life and is so very loved. I have had challenges and many Blessings too. Each important for soul growth....I have much gratitude for Life. I am happy and hope you are all doing well & are happy too. We try to visit Duluth once a year, it is such a pretty p...(read more)
