About Me	I taught English at Coastal Carolina University for 36 years before retiring in 2003. For 13 of those years, I served as Associate Dean of the Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts. When my children entered high school, I began gardening and now belong to several garden clubs. I'm now treasurer of The Garden Club of South Carolina. Through Coastal, I was able to travel to India, Cyprus and throughout Europe. Church, gardening and my grands now occupy most of my time. I return to West Virginia at every opportunity; I really miss living in the mountains.
