Favorite School Memory	Mr. Wood, my woodshop teacher, and Miss Burke, my Algebra and Geometry teacher. Also, holding onto PHS orchestra harpist, Susan Rawls' "tear drops" for her contacts during concerts.
About Me	Graduated from Dean Jr. College with a degree in Architectural Construction. Graduated from Colorado St. with a degree in Industrial Arts Education. Taught in Long Branch Jr. High/Middle School for 29 years. Was Supervisor of school district building and grounds for 1 year; drove a school bus for 5 years waiting for my wife to retire. Also served as a Construction Official/Building Inspector in the towns of Oceanport and West Long Branch, NJ for a total of 16 years simultaneously while teaching. I retired from teaching in 1995. Raised my family on the Shrewsbury River, in Oceanport, NJ, where we lived from 1970 until 2004 when we moved to Vero Beach, FL and Norway, ME. (I frequently see Class of '59 alum Barbara Rule Traficonte and her hubby when in Norway.) Over the years I have carved many, many custom sailboat half hulls as trophies for individuals, yacht clubs, regattas, and charity events.
