About	Born in Kittery, ME, he was the son of the late Richard and Dorothy Allard. He retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Navy after 26 years of honorable service. Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Catherine Allard Coleson (Shawn) and Leslie Allard Riccio (Angelo III); two brothers, Richard Allard (Sherry) and Brian Allard (Darlyn); and six grandchildren, Alexis, Olivia, Breana, Aiden, Angelo IV, and Roman.
