About	Penny Lynn COX, 47, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001, at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. Penny was born March 12, 1954, in Kalamazoo, Mich., to Donald MESKA of Virginia Beach and the late June M. MESKA. She was a respiratory therapist at Albemarle Hospital and was also secretary for the Currituck Humane Society. Besides her father, she is survived by her loving husband, Robert J. COX and his mother, Suzanne J. COX; two sisters, Jill MESKA of Virginia Beach and June REYNOLDS and husband David of San Antonio, Texas; a brother, Steve MESKA and wife Anne of Durham, N.C.; a niece, Melissa; a nephew, Chuck; a great-niece, McKenzie; and her two very special fuzzy companions, her cocker spaniels, April and Mandy.
