James Ray Corley
Class of 1992
Army, 20+ Years
James R. Corley SFC, USA (Retired)
Preston High School, (Class of 1992) Served in the WVARNG at Camp Dawson, W.V. in the 229th Engineer Detachment for two years from 1991-1993 while in High School and served 20+ total Years of Active Duty in the U.S. Army from 1993-2013 as a Construction Engineer and retired as of 1 Jan 2013 at the Rank of Sergeant First Class. Combat tours include one tour to Afghanistan (OEF) from 2004–2005 and two tours to Iraq (OIF) in 2007-2008 and (OND) in 2011. My highest military award is the Bronze Star Medal. My education is an Associates in General Studies, and an Associates in Engineering Management and I'm currently finishing my Bachelors in Engineering Management through Park University. I am married and have been for 20 years to my wife Brenda and I have two children, a daughter who is 19 and a son who is 17. We reside in Waynesville, Missouri and my hobbies are hunting and fishing.

Army, 20+ Years
Enlisted in 1960 was promoted to SSG in 1966 and went on to OCS commisioned and went to flight school. Served in Vietnam and held numerous positions retiring as a Major in 1980. Taught a JROTC class in Bullitt County KY for 19 years and then retired to Florida the Sunshine State.
