Favorite School Memory | I would have to say I really enjoyed the musicals, Fiddler on the Roof and Oklahoma. Even though I wasn't in choir or drama, I had friends who were and I was at most of the rehearsals and learned all of the songs. |
About Me | I have been living in Boise, Idaho since 1993. I have been working for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) for 12 years. I am on a corporate team of writers with our main responsibility being to respond to Government healthcare business proposals, where we outline our solution and how we will meet their specific business requirements. I am a single mother of 5 kids, a 19 year old son (Joshua), an 18 year old son (Jared), a 17 year old son (Benjamin), a 15 year old daughter (Brittany) and a 12 year old son (Jeffry). I have been a single mother since I moved to Boise in '93. I have a wonderful man in my life, whom I've been with for 7 years, and we do have plans to marry just not sure when. After graduation, I served a mission in the Netherlands for the LDS church and have had a handful of jobs. My first 2 jobs were in Tempe, AZ as a receptionist for a retail advertising business specialiizing in the design of sportswear logos for t-shirts and other things. I worked next in the front office of a business that sold custom windows for homes where I met the father of my 5 kids. We moved to Boise, ID right after we got married, when I was pregnant with my oldest. I worked as a temp through Kelly Temporary Services until he was born. I worked at a company called Pastry Perfection while I was pregnant with my 2nd son. After he was born, we had a job together as assistant managers for an apartment complex while I was pregnant with my 3rd son, and shortly after he was born, we moved to Las Vegas, NV. where my daughter was born later that year. I then took a break from working for a couple of years or so to be a mom. We lived in Vegas for roughly 2 1/2 years before circumstances dictated the need for a big change in all of our lives. We decided that I would move back to Boise to live with my parents, with the 4 kids and one on the way, until things could stablize. As it turns out, that never did happen so in the mean time, I had to return to the workforce, where I worked again as a temp with Ke...(read more) |
