Robert J. Lewis, 64, of Camden, Ohio, died on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at East Galbraith Health Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. He had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 2005.

Born on Aug. 9, 1947, in Hamilton, Ohio, son of the late Junior and Naomi (Silvers) Lewis.
Robert proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam from 1966 to 1968 with the 19th Infantry Regiment stationed in Germany. Retired from the City of Hamilton Power Plant as a supervisor and was a paramedic for many years for Camden Emergency Squad and Madison Emergency Squad. Robert enjoyed reading, riding motorcycles and collecting guns and coins. Member of the NRA and the Stationary Engineers Association.
Preceded by father, Junior Lewis in 1995; mother, Naomi (Silvers) Lewis in 1991; grandmother, Ruth V. (Nelson) Silvers in 1983.
Survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Curtis Pegram of Maineville, Ohio, Samantha Lewis of Eaton, Ohio, and Sara and Marc Terry of Louisville, Ky.; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Marilyn Lewis of Eaton, Ohio; grandchildren, Rachel and John Curtis; two nephews and many friends.
