About Me	Forged a career in public service. I have worked for 29 years for the US Army in a variety of positions culminating in this one. I am a GS13 at the Pentagon. Probably thought to be the person least likely to succeed - I went through school with an alias. I discovered that I had not been adopted and my name was not Peggy Binkley - so all of my records were changed to reflect my given name.
