I've been informed , after a long absence of being in touch, Shawn Manning was coming out of a town hall meeting on a dark rainy night. He was struck by a vehicle and he passed away. I've been informed it was very close to Thanksgiving of '24. This is all I know, other than Shawn will be missed by many. He was always nice to me in school. I never saw him act in any other way. RIP Shawn.

Sad hea gone now. Any monies we hav left over from the reunion for 85, will go to Portland Fire Dept. Makes me feel good because I used to fight fire and EMS.
