Timothy J. Pinnix, 62, of Port Huron, died Saturday, June 1, 2013.
He was born September 5, 1950 in Sarnia, Ontario to Gwendolyn and the late Wadsworth Pinnix and was a lifelong area resident.
Tim graduated from Port Huron High School and Western Michigan University where he attended on a track scholarship. He was a high school track state champion in the 440 yard dash. He taught school for several years before beginning a 32 year career with American Tape Company.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Gwendolyn and Sherman Kennedy; his brother, Darryl Pinnix; three sisters, Lisa (Leonard) Faulkner, Stacy (Joe) Bixler and Tracy (Oliver) Glenn; his aunt, Dorothy Morgan-Down; and a host of other relatives and friends.
