For Poor Red’s we have it timed for Happy Hour. We’ll have BBQ Potato Skins, Pulled Pork Sliders, Poor Red’s Signature Wings.
We learned from last time! The Open Bar (outside) is Pay as you drink. As for appetizers, we did pretty good with everyone chipping into the Donation Pot and paying for what they thought they consumed. We are starting at 4 PM with the first round of food… and we’ll order more as needed. Remember – this is NOT dinner!. If you want dinner – ask the hostess and she can get you a table. (like last year)
