About	Mary T. Smith was a 1981 graduate of St. Paul's High School and a 1989 graduate of ASU. Mary threw herself under a train in Hoxie on September 17, 2007. She left no note, had no real problems anyone can relate to such a drastic act, and left all of her friends and loved ones totally bewildered. She was a degreed accountant at an assisted living home in Walnut Ridge and was loved by all her patients. She played guitar for all the residents during her lunch break every day. Mary was climbing the corporate ladder quickly, and was traveling to other assisted living sites to teach her way of collecting 100% from insurance companies. She is missed by all who knew her, and she was a friend to many. She was the kind of friend who reached for her wallet before she heard an explanation. She was kind, funny, smart, soft hearted, and my best friend.
