There are secret forces at work, leading together those who belong together'. I am 56 years old (and still can't believe it), have four biological children and three step children. I have once upon a time been quite well off and once upon another lived in a tent in Texas. I grew up showing horses on the national show circuit, sold lingere, sold jewelry, worked in a factory, worked as a chef in a small exclusive restaurant, hauled steel cross country as an owner-operator, did a few things we will not mention (lol), was married to an on-the-road muscian, then, finally, finding myself near single with a pile of children and not a pile of money went to nursing school! My specialty for the past 16 years has been (what else with this history) psychiatric nursing. Oh, yes, my dad was an undercover officer for the Detroit police dept. (did not make me the most easily trusted teen). I find constant feedings for thoughts on live in my work. At times it is exhilarating, and others so sad that I go into deep questioning on the meaning and purpose of life. I can't find any room for judgement, and can only offer acceptance. I love animals, organic gardening, camping and life (as close as I am able), nature, READING, being alone, my hot tub, and people who are real (even if they occassionally 'color between the lines). .Walk, live, br...(read more)
