| About Me | Presently on the side I am a Professional Quilt Appraiser and am working on my national certification. I am also a Quilt Judge candidate for the NACQJ for professional quilt judges. After obtaining my RN, worked in Newborn Intensive Care for many years and obtianed my masters In Nursing with post graduate internship at multiple state, federal and private psychiatric hospitals. Advanced to become a Legal Nurse Consultant and Medical Malpractice Case Analyst for the federal Government [Medicare & Champus; and was the Cost Outlyer inspector for Indiana and Kentucky], the State of Indiana, and for private law firms. Have taught international folkloric dance including Hula, Polynesian, belly dance, and Gypsy for many years including at IU, Purdue U., Girls Scouts of America, and currently for Lawrence Community Schools. Have performed and taught dancing in multiple states including Hawaii, Florida, California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, the Carolinas, Virginia, etc., and countries such as Canada, Mexico, Great Britain, French & Dutch Antilles, to name a few.
