About	Mother NIna Rester Skinner Father Samuel Noble Skinner Sister-Madison Aunts-Jeanette, Deidra, Alida, Sara Uncles-J.T Turner, Gary Snider, Tyler Raisner Lots of other loved ones but not from Jacksonville Andrew was a beautiful 4 year old little boy with brown eyes that were breath taking. Andrew was on a trip to Grandma's house nothing unusual and fell into the swimming pool he was brought back to life and air lifted to Children's where he fought a hard fight but decided he was ready to be with God. To all who have a swimming pool or live close to water please use extra caution I promise you can never be too safe wefe with kids around water
