About	One man is dead and another was injured after an early Sunday morning crash on I-65. Indiana State Police Sgt. Anthony Emery said Joshua D. Fleener, 28, Franklin, was traveling southbound on I-65 near mile marker 99 in his 1995 Chevy Silverado pick-up at around 4 a.m. Sunday, when a blue 1994 Chevy Astro van driven by Edward W. Jarman, 47, Franklin, struck the back of his vehicle. Because of mechanical difficulties, the Silverado, which had its hazard flashers on, was only going about 35-40 mph at the time of the accident. Emery said investigators believe Jarman wasn't going exceptionally fast when he struck the Silverado. The violent impact of the crash thrust Jarman, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, into his dash and steering wheel. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Johnson County Coroners Office. Fleener was transported by ambulance to Johnson Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released this morning. Southbound I-65 lanes were closed for two hours during the crash investigation.
