About Me	My personal motto: Anything worth doing is worth doing right. I'm the proud papa of two awesome kids (Ethan and Madeline), and the husband of my high school sweetheart Michele. As of this writing, we've been married for 10 years and together for 17. I love her more every day. She's my best friend, and a true partner in life. For the last 13 years, I've been a graphic artist/writer/speaker, mainly for the church world. In 1997 I joined the staff of a large United Methodist church in Ohio called Ginghamsburg. For 3 years, I was graphic artist/animator/media guy, and I often did drama and played in the band. In 2000, I left Ginghamsburg to begin a new ministry as a division of UMR Communications with 4 other individuals called Lumicon Digital Productions. Our focus was mainly around creating visual/creative worship around the Common Revised Lectionary. In 2002, I co-founded a ministry called Midnight Oil Productions with Len Wilson the goal of helping churches create powerful worship through the use of creativity, image and media. In 2011, I became the sole owner/operator of Midnight Oil and in July, began a quarter time position with the Ohio River Valley District of the United Methodist church. My title is "Media Specialist". Over the years, I've done freelance work ranging from national TV spots, to local advertisements, book covers, web work and beyond. You name it, I've probably done it. When I'm just playing around, I'm known as "rubberpoultry" on the web. Search it, and you'll see what I've been up to.
