Of Cupertino, CA. Beloved wife of the late Don Howells. Loving mother of Cynthia Keyworth and her husband Dana. Devoted sister of Dean (Diane) Gordon, Alice (Bill) McKown, Bronson (Colleen) Baker and Linda (Ron) Hagelin. Caring sister-in-law of Marion (John) Vongrey and dear relative to numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of San Jose, CA, age 59. Alana was a member of Filoli, AAUW, a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and the American Red Cross, Girl Scout Leader, active in the PTA and a volunteer for numerous other organizations. Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 6th at All Saints Chapel, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 22555 Cristo Rey Drive, Los Altos, CA.
