About	WENATCHEE - Rebecca Naomi Fraticelli, 48, of Wenatchee, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 1994, in Central Washington Hospital following an extended illness. She was born May 30, 1946, to the Rev. Frank and Mrs. Sevia (Sandoval) Romero Sr., at Glendale, Ariz. She received her education in Phoenix, Ariz., and San Jose, Calif., graduating from Pioneer High School in San Jose, Calif. in 1964. She married Roy Fraticelli on June 26, 1965, at San Jose. They lived in various places while Mr. Fraticelli served in the military. Mrs. Fraticelli served as vice president of the board of Women's Aglow Fellowship, while living in England. She also served that organization in other places where they lived. They moved to Wenatchee in 1991 and Mrs. Fraticelli worked as a bilingual receptionist at Foreman and Arch attorneys. She attended the Wenatchee Free Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, of the home; three daughters, Roianne Buystedt of Helena, Mont., Rene Fraticelli and Rachelle Fraticelli, both of Wenatchee; her parents of Riverside, Calif.; four brothers, Frank C. Jr. of San Jose, Calif., Joel S., Ronald L. and Edward R., all of Riverside, Calif.; a sister, Rachel A. Cook of Wenatchee; her grandfather, Zacarias Sandoval of Salida, Colo.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and grandparents.
