About Me	I was Born in San Diego, CA. Grew up in Pine Bluffs,WY. Moved to Denver three days after graduating from high school. Met my future wife, Leslie, soon after. We were married only four years later. We both attended the University of Wyoming, but had to leave, because they had started drafting for Viet Nam. I beat draft by three days, and enlisted in the Air Force. The next eight years were spent , mostly, in Sacramento, at McClellan AFB. I could tell you what I did I would have to shoot myself. Our daughter was born at Mather AFB, in Sacramento. After the Air Force we headed back to Denver, and I worked in Finance, and sold insurance. During this time we met The Salvation Army. If we had only known what that would lead to, in about seven years. After a couple of years, in insurance, I joined my father-in-laws firm, Boyer and Seeley, selling pumps, and pumping systems. After about a year we took off to Casper Wyoming, and I traveled Northern Wyoming, and Southern Idaho, pretending to be an engineer, selling pumps to construction companies, coal and uranium mines, and city water and sewer systems. During the next five years we got more involved with The Salvation Army. We became more and more convicted that we were being called to go into training to become Salvation Army Officers. We spent two years at the Armies School for Officer Training, and then spent twenty two years in twelve different appointments, in five states, including two years in Saxman Alaska. Our Daughter, Andrea moved with us, until, at age 25, while we were in Alaska, she flew off to Tasmania, Australia, to see if a certain young man, Bob Purdon, was the right one. He was. Now our three Grand Children, David, Matthew, and Katie, keep our minds on Austraila, all the time. We have visited there five times, and can't wait to go again.
