About	George Allen Hilt, 66, formerly of Piketon, Ohio and more recently of Wildwood Terrace, Yazoo City, Mississippi, died 2:15 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at his home. He was born November 15, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of the late Albert H. Hilt and Ruby P. (McKinley) Hilt. Surviving are his brother, Thomas Hilt of Columbus, Ohio, three sisters, Margaret A. Hilt of Dayton, Ohio, Mary (Hilt) Highley and husband Wilbur of Columbus, Ohio and Alberta J. Hilt of Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, William Hilt. George was an avid golfer, member of the Benton Country Club, a retired Chemical Engineer in The R & D Department of Mississippi Chemical Corporation, graduated Ohio University College in Athens, Ohio with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and Mississippi College with a Masters in Business Administration. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio.
