About	Cassie LaDawn Jordan, 22, of Long Fork Road, Piketon, Ohio died Thursday, 13 February 2014. in Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born 30 November 1991 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of Timmie Ray Jordan of Waverly, Ohio and LaDonna Jean Hablitzel of Piketon, Ohio. Also surviving a daughter, Addyson Rylee Johnson of Piketon, Ohio, brother, Christopher Daniel Jordan of Waverly, Ohio, maternal grandmother, Donna Sue Lemon of Piketon, Ohio, paternal grandmother, Nanny Belle Ward of Waverly and paternal grandmother, Mary Hablitzel, Piketon. Cassie was a 2010 graduate of Piketon High School and was a Nursing Aide. Her maternal grandfather, Lowell Halblitzel and paternal grandfather Ed Ward preceded Cassie in death. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, 22 February 2014 at the HOWE WHEELER BOYER HORNBACK FUNERAL HOME in Piketon, Ohio with Chad Hablitzel, speaker, officiating.
