Samuel Paul Wagner, 83, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed 8:30 p.m. Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Samuel was born September 8, 1937 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Josiah Wagner and Ruth (Noel) Wagner.
Surviving are four children, Samuel Paul Wagner, Jr., Josiah Wagner, John Wagner and wife Thresia and Diannah Holbrook, seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Eric Wagner.
Samuel was a 1955 graduate of Piketon High School, a Vietnam Veteran and a car enthusiast.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
