About Me	I am retired from the Army and the US Postal Service on disability. I spend my time working on my bonsai trees and with my family and my two dogs. I enjoy the work with I do with the church and I love going to Church each week. I met my wife in high school but we didn't start dating until I got out of the army in 1986. We were married in 1988 and we have 3 great children. Moved to the mountains in 1993 and we love it here!!! My wife is Kelley Martin Mitcham and she graduated from Piedmont in 1985. Our children are Daniel who is the oldest. He is currently in the army stationed in Fort Campbell, KY. He is married to a great girl, Gretchen who he met when stationed in Alaska. Ashley is the only girl we have. She is working on her masters degree at western carolina and is planning to be married next summer to Dustin Bartlett. Wes is our youngest son. He is currently in the Army National Guard and he works at The Gateway club in Waynesville. Wes and Stephanie Green are expecting our first grandchild in September. We are going to have a precious baby girl, ELLE ROSE. I was given life by my parents, Jim and Naomi Mitcham, who are fixing to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. I have one brother, Kirk and his wife Christy, and one sister, Jennifer and her husband Larry and they have 6 children. And I had one other sister, Lisa who was killed in an auto accident when she was seventeen. It was the day before she was to start her senior year. I miss her alot.
