About Me	Graduated from college and moved to Washington to work as press/public relations assistant to Sen. Thurmond. Left the Hill to become a lobbyist/political fundraiser for the American Institute of Architects, where I fell in love with architecture and design. Worked for McGraw-Hill in marketing and publishing for the design industry. Met my fabulous husband, Greg, in 1999 and took him home to Pickens for our 20-year PHS class reunion (which he really enjoyed, so I figured that was a good sign and I should marry him).
