Died April 9, 2009 at age 46 in Creswell, OR. She leaves her husband William (Bill) Seely; four children;five grandchildren; father and mother Robert and Laura Banzet; one sister three brothers; numerous nieces, nephews; aunts and uncles. Born in San Francisco and moved to Petaluma in 1968 and lived there untill married in 1980
