Doug DeFranco would make an excellent addition to your Wall of Fame, i have watched him grow up all my life, however near or far i may have been, i have admired him every step of the way. I believe that future Players of any sport can learn from Doug's perserverence and dedication to the sport and of life. He has overcome many trials in his life and has always marched through every obstacle like a champion. I too have marched through obstacles in my life and still do today, and have found that it comes from within and maybe it is within our genes, so there is something to be said about life's challenges in how you address things. Any student walking through your walls at Perrysburg High can learn great lessons in life through this honorable young man. He exemplifies a champion and it shows, and also in the the way he carries himself today, as well as when attending PHS. It is with great pride that i nominate Doug For your Wall of Fame.
