| Favorite School Memory | Hanging out w/Brenda, Trish, & Kathy! Loved New York City trip in '78. Field trips. Being readmitted to school in Nov. '78! | About Me | I got married at 31 - my husband had 2 beautiful daughters from his first marriage (Heather & Amber) who are now 23 and almost 21 - I've had the privilege of being their stepmom for almost 18 yrs. (Eek! God, that makes me sound so old - ahh, but I forgot... anyone who is reading this is at least as old as I am...); had my son, Christopher, in 1992 (tall, lean, handsome, really smart and gifted in art - although he tends to ignore that now in favor of the computer, Myspace, and XBox, and he's struggling w/the whole teen thing - hates living in Shrewsbury, PA, etc.; had my beautiful, wonderful Ray of Light daughter, Jennifer, in 1997 - she sings, plays violin, she's funny, smart, enthusiastic about everything, compassionate & caring, and a joy to be with (my friends all say she's just her mother - I blush, of course - yeah, right!). I've moved 16 times over the past 27 years, had 11 cars (picked a bunch of lemons); been proposed to 4 times, married once, separated from my husband after 14 years of marriage for 19 months, then got back together - been back together for a little over 2 years, and happy most of the time; I've sung in Rock bands off and on for the past 18 years, and currently looking for another band - LOVE IT! I've been a secretary, sales person, Personnel Consultant, and for the past 6 years, a Travel Agent - love doing that and helping people to get great trips! I've been really active in my children's schools over the years, though not as much lately due to time constraints. I'm continually striving to move along my path of spirituality and enlightenment and going to various workshops and festivals for same (think "Festival of Lights" in Virginia, "Voices of Women," "Fairy Festival" and you get the general vibe) - I'm referred to at times as "a sweet hippie chick" - What??? Me??? I've been a friend of Bill W's for the past 18 yrs (anyone who knows Bill W. knows what I'm talking about) - and I've counseled countless women in recovery circles for a lot of years. I've traveled to Riviera Maya in Mexico (gorgeous place!), Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica (in fact, my husband and I are going to Sandals Negril in June of this year). I laugh often, cry when I'm moved about something, sing, dance, and play whenever I have the opportunity (and yes, sometimes I forget to do that). I'm told I should write a book - I've had a whole lot of experiences over the yrs. that I won't go into here. I hope there's a 30-yr. reunion - I would love to see all of you!
